Two vigilante-themed stories are drawing attention. In one, a Sellersville man who travelled over an hour by Uber intending to meet a teenage girl for sex was instead confronted by predator hunters and arrested by police. In another, coverage of 'By Any Means' highlights a secret team-up that helped solve a civil rights-era murder. Both raise questions about private citizens taking justice into their own hands.

The Montana Fish and Wildlife Commission has voted to move forward with drafting a statewide predator management policy. The policy would set out how the state handles predators such as wolves, mountain lions and bears, an issue that has long divided ranchers, hunters and conservation groups in Montana. Details of the proposed policy's contents have not yet been released, and public input is expected as the drafting process continues.
