super-Earths

Astronomy coverage is reviving discussion of 'superhabitable' worlds — planets slightly larger and older than Earth that could, in theory, offer even better conditions for life than our own. France 24 examines so-called super-Earths, asking whether such planets might be better suited to life and whether humanity could ever reach them. The answer to reachability remains a firm no with current technology, but the idea continues to fascinate readers and drive searches.
