Racing driver Ben Collins, known as the former Stig from Top Gear, has driven a superkart and described it as one of the most intense experiences of his career, suggesting the small machine can feel faster than a Formula 1 car. In his account of the run he admits the speed and proximity to the tarmac left him genuinely shaken, sparking debate among motorsport fans about how karting compares to top-level single-seaters.
