temple priest

A Tamil-language article circulating under the headline "Thirutu" (theft) poses the question "Priest or thief? All God's doing!", accusing a temple priest of theft. Readers in Tamil Nadu are sharing the piece, which uses sharp irony to frame alleged misconduct by a religious figure as something attributed to divine will. Details of the specific incident and the priest involved are not given in the available coverage.
