A survey of 311 VTubers and virtual liver streamers has found that around 70% experienced mental-health difficulties linked to streaming work. Roughly 80% said they kept working despite feeling unwell, and nearly 90% reported sleep problems. The findings point to significant health pressures within the VTubing industry, where performers often stream under constant audience and agency expectations.
