Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche is drawing criticism after appearing as a guest on a show marking the Supreme Court's new session, which begins Monday. Commentators are upset over his response to a case concerning deportees' human rights, in which he denied allegations, saying "It's not true." Critics accuse him of dismissing claims about mistreatment of immigrants. The Supreme Court term is expected to weigh several high-stakes immigration and rights cases.
