The Chicago Bears opened their game against the New York Jets with both Tyson Bagent and Case Keenum on the field, an unusual quarterback deployment reported by The Athletic. The trick formation suggests the Bears, under coach Ben Johnson, were planning a creative play to open the game. Fans and sports writers are discussing the unconventional approach and what it signals about Johnson's play-calling.
Why now: The rare two-quarterback starting formation from the Bears is an eye-catching tactical move in an NFL game.
