Noa Lang confirms Ajax interest, questions own development

Original: noa lang

Dutch winger Noa Lang has confirmed concrete interest from Ajax, saying a move would lead him to certain conclusions about his career. He also spoke critically after coming on as a substitute for the Netherlands national team, admitting he has stood still in his development for years. The dual comments have put the PSV forward back in the Dutch football spotlight.

Why now: Lang's admission about Ajax interest and his unusually candid self-criticism after his Oranje appearance are fresh remarks from a high-profile Dutch player.
