Gardener spends Sunday cleaning moss from backyard pandemic pond
Original: starting Sunday off by cleaning the stream in the # pandemicpond . as it has naturalized one of the things that is both
A Vancouver Island-area gardener spent Sunday morning clearing the stream feeding his backyard pandemic pond, a project started during lockdowns that has since naturalized. He describes moss as both a blessing and a curse: attractive, but growing fast at this time of year. He is transplanting the removed moss to help naturalize an adjacent pool pond.
Why now: Backyard pond and garden projects remain a popular seasonal topic among home gardening communities.
