The Association of Science and Technology Centers, together with the Garibay Group and the Association of Children's Museums, has launched a new initiative examining how museums engage the communities they serve. The project has support from the Institute of Museum and Library Services and aims to assess and improve how science and children's museums connect with their local audiences.
