Original: Jets end 20-game interceptionless streak with Minkah Fitzpatrick's pick vs. Bears

The New York Jets recorded their first interception in 20 games when Minkah Fitzpatrick picked off a pass against the Chicago Bears, according to NFL.com. The streak, one of the longer droughts without a takeaway in recent NFL memory, ended with a defensive play from the second-year defensive back.

Why now: A 20-game drought without an interception ending is a rare milestone for a franchise defense, drawing fan and media attention.
