Brazil's presidential race will be decided in a second-round runoff after no candidate won an outright majority. Flávio Bolsonaro, son of former president Jair Bolsonaro and a far-right challenger, finished ahead of incumbent leftwing president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, setting up a decisive head-to-head vote between the two.
