Flood restrictions imposed across 20 Catalan regions until Sunday

Original: rac1

Authorities have declared flood-related restrictions affecting 20 comarcas in Catalonia, including Baix Camp, from this afternoon until Sunday at 14:00. Mont-roig del Camp's town council announced the measures, which respond to an exceptional flooding situation. Residents in the affected areas are being warned to take precautions as heavy rain continues to pose a risk across the region.

Why now: Severe flooding risk across Catalonia is forcing local authorities to restrict activity, affecting residents this weekend.
