Original: Brisbane 2032 unveils Olympic and Paralympic Games emblems inspired by Queensland and Australia
Organisers of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games have unveiled the official emblems, which they say draw inspiration from Queensland and Australia. The designs mark a key milestone in preparations for the Games, which will be the third Olympics held in Australia after Melbourne 1956 and Sydney 2000, and the first Paralympics staged in the country since Sydney 2000.
Why now: The unveiling is a major milestone in the build-up to the 2032 Games and gives the public its first look at the event's visual identity.
