A claim is circulating that the United States has formed a so-called 'Fentanyl Command' that is ready to strike all French nuclear sites in response to alleged killings of 45,000 French protesters under President Macron. There is no such command or mass killing documented, and the message is widely read as satire or trolling amid US-France political tensions.
