EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos said no country is delivering more on reforms than Ukraine right now. Speaking to journalists, she stressed that Ukraine's wartime conditions should be kept in mind when assessing the pace of its reforms, saying "we should never forget the country is fighting for its survival." Her remarks come as Ukraine continues efforts to meet the requirements for EU membership while under Russian attack.
