Original: 🎮 'We Have a Strong Desire to Further Develop the Character of Bayonetta' — PlatinumGames Isn't Done With the Gun Witch
PlatinumGames CEO Atsushi Inaba has said the studio has a strong desire to further develop Bayonetta, the gun-wielding witch at the heart of its character action series. The statement signals that the studio is not finished with the franchise despite years passing since the last mainline release, giving fans reason to hope for new entries or expanded projects built around the character.
Why now: Inaba's comments fuel speculation that a new Bayonetta game or project is in the works.
