Filming of a Daily Wire-produced movie based on the shooting of Renée Good was shut down in a small Montana town after a wave of complaints and on-site protests. Demonstrators disrupted takes with megaphone chants directed at Daily Wire co-founder Ben Shapiro, forcing the production to halt in the town.
Why now: The project touches the politically charged shooting of Renée Good and the Daily Wire's involvement has drawn strong local opposition, prompting protests that stopped filming.
