Dutch talk show Jinek debates Trump's falling support over prices

Original: Fascinerend: Het gaat bij Jinek over de afnemende steun voor Trump door o.a. de benzineprijzen en die van de boodschappe

The Dutch current affairs programme Jinek on NPO1 discussed declining support for US President Donald Trump, pointing to rising petrol and grocery prices, the war in Iran and his tariff policies. Critics online argue the discussion omitted the United States' support for Israel's war in Gaza, which they describe as a genocide, sparking debate about what the show chose to cover ahead of the midterms.

Why now: Viewers are debating the programme's editorial choices in covering Trump and the Gaza war.
