Open source tool clears 12 GB of Apple AI storage
Original: Get rid of Apple's AI bloatware and reclaim 12 GB of storage with this open source tool
Apple users can reportedly free up around 12 GB of storage by removing Apple Intelligence files using a new open source tool. The utility targets AI-related system data that downloads automatically onto Macs and other devices, which many owners cannot easily delete through normal settings. Coverage frames the software as a workaround for people who do not want Apple's AI features taking up space on their hardware.
Why now: Frustration over Apple Intelligence automatically consuming storage is driving interest in tools that remove it.
