Boston Red Sox outfielder Roman Anthony is not expected to need surgery, with the club indicating that rest is likely the best path to recovery from his injury. The update comes after an abrupt end to Boston's season, which concluded with a sweep by the Yankees in a two-game American League Wild Card Series. Attention now turns to whether the young star will be fully healthy for next season.
