A gamer has shared that they killed their first Lynel ever after years of playing Breath of the Wild, saying encounters with the fearsome centaur-like enemies may finally feel less terrifying. Lynels are among the toughest non-boss enemies in the game, and beating one for the first time is widely seen as a milestone for players.

Why now: Players commonly celebrate defeating their first Lynel, one of the game's hardest enemies, and it invites shared stories from others.
