Original: Russia is using WWI TECH to stop UKRAINIAN UAVs #shorts #Ukraine Russia is using WWI TECH to st...
Reports claim Russia is deploying World War I-era technology to counter Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles on the battlefield. The technique, reportedly balloon-based barrage defenses similar to those used a century ago, is being discussed as Russia adapts cheap, old methods to counter the growing threat of Ukrainian drone strikes deep behind the front lines.
Why now: Ukraine's intensified drone campaign has pushed Russia to revive century-old air defenses, a striking battlefield twist.
