Elena Davlikanova, writing for the Center for European Policy Analysis, argues in a piece titled 'A Time to Reap: Ukraine's Operation Vivaldi' that much of Europe still refuses to see Ukraine as the continent's first line of defense against Russia. She contends that Europe's strategic distance from Kyiv increasingly amounts to betrayal. The article urges a reassessment of Europe's stance toward supporting Ukraine.
