Youth activism weighs in on society's choices

A French-language post pairs youth determination to influence societal choices with a 1955 Vivian Maier photograph of Chicago children, using the playful tag 'tape-cul' (tag-along). The juxtaposition links young people's historical weight in social life to today's high-school demonstrations around education and politics, framing youth pressure on policy as a long-running social phenomenon rather than something new.
Why now: Ongoing high-school protests and debates over education and political choices are driving reflection on youth influence in society.
