Russian state media reports the largest Ukrainian drone attack on the Moscow region in two years, with Moscow's mayor claiming more than 650 drones were intercepted or downed. A strike hit an oil depot in Volodarsk, described as the largest such attack in the region. It follows President Zelensky's pledge on Sunday to escalate strikes in response to Russian attacks.

Why now: A record-scale drone strike on the Russian capital marks a major escalation in the war.
