Self-hosters compare notes on running their own email
Original: Email Self Hosters - what are you using? https://lobste.rs/s/rwloew/email_self_hosters_what_are_you_using # SelfHosting
A discussion thread on the Lobsters community forum asks email self-hosters what software and setups they are using to run their own mail servers. Participants in the self-hosting community are exchanging recommendations and experiences with email server tools, a topic long considered one of the hardest parts of running your own infrastructure due to deliverability and spam-filtering challenges.
Why now: Running a personal email server is notoriously difficult, so self-hosters actively swap tooling advice and experiences.
