Russia intends to raise the speed of its jet-powered attack drones from around 600 km/h to 800-900 km/h, according to Yelizarov, deputy commander of Ukraine's Air Force. Why now: Faster drones are harder for Ukrainian air defences to intercept, raising concern over the escalating drone war.
