Wildlife Trusts criticise Norfolk Environment Delivery Plan
Original: A doubtful sticking plaster: Reflections on the Norfolk Environment Delivery Plan
The Wildlife Trusts have published a critical assessment of the Norfolk Environment Delivery Plan, calling it 'a doubtful sticking plaster'. The conservation charity's reflections question whether the plan delivers genuine environmental protection for Norfolk's habitats and wildlife, or merely offsets damage caused by development. The piece argues the approach risks papering over deeper problems rather than securing meaningful nature recovery in the county.
Why now: The Wildlife Trusts have just released a critique of a plan affecting Norfolk's development and nature policies.
