A family in Gaza says their home was destroyed and they have been living in a tiny storage room, now facing $450 in overdue rent. Fifteen days after first appealing for help, they say only $35 has been raised and they are running out of time, urging anyone able to donate to do so urgently.
Why now: The family's eviction deadline is imminent and the appeal is circulating widely as people share fundraising pleas from Gaza.
