iPhone 18 Pro: Smaller Dynamic Island comes with a catch

Original: iPhone 18 Pro und 18 Pro Max: Dynamic-Island-Verbesserung mit Pferdefuß Apple hat seine Kamera-Insel bei den neuesten iP

Apple has reduced the size of the Dynamic Island on the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, creating additional screen space. However, the change has a downside: not all types of Live Activities will fit in the smaller camera cutout, limiting some functionality. Tech observers are discussing the trade-off between the sleeker design and reduced support for interactive features.

Why now: Apple's new iPhones are in the news and the design change carries an unexpected limitation that affects users.
