BCCI secretary Devajit Saikia has explained, in an exclusive interview with The Times of India, why VVS Laxman attended a national selection meeting. The board's clarification addresses questions over the former batsman's role, as Laxman serves as head of the NCA and has regularly stepped in with India's coaching setup.
