An event marking Mahmoud Khalil's book 'Power & Pushback' has been relocated after backlash from pro-Israel groups, according to Mondoweiss. Khalil, a Palestinian activist who rose to prominence during pro-Palestinian campus protests and was detained by US immigration authorities, remains a polarizing figure, and the venue change has intensified debate over pressure on public events connected to Israel-Palestine advocacy.
