Tresoldi on Ronaldo, Messi and his Italy-Germany choice

Original: nicolò tresoldi

Italian striker Nicolò Tresoldi, now at Al-Ahli in Saudi Arabia alongside Cristiano Ronaldo, gave a wide-ranging interview to Virgilio Sport. He revealed he sleeps in the room previously used by Ronaldo, admitted he grew up idolising Lionel Messi, and addressed his international future, sending a message to both Italy and Germany while German coach Julian Nagelsmann reportedly keeps trying to persuade him to switch.

Why now: The interview touches on his famous new teammate and his unresolved choice between the Italian and German national teams, drawing fresh interest.
