Original: 大江竜聖

The SoftBank Hawks have announced personnel moves, issuing a out-of-roster notice to four players, including Ryuusei Oe, a left-handed pitcher who joined from the Yomiuri Giants. The club also decided not to sign three development squad players. The news comes as NPB teams finalize their rosters ahead of the off-season contract deadline, prompting discussion among baseball fans about Oe's next move.

Why now: Japanese pro baseball teams are announcing end-of-season player releases, and fans are reacting to a former Giants pitcher being let go.
