Jet-powered drones reported heading toward Ukrainian cities
Original: π΄ AirAttack | 9/10 πΊπ¦ Jet UAVs detected in Ukraine Jet UAVs detected heading towards Slavutych (Chernihiv region), Odesa
Air raid monitors report jet-powered drones in Ukrainian airspace, with several tracked heading toward Slavutych in the Chernihiv region, Odesa, and Chornobyl in the Kyiv region. A drone was also reported over Sumy, with nine out of ten tracked threats rated as jet UAVs. Residents in the affected regions were under air alerts as monitoring channels urged people to take shelter.
Why now: Jet-powered drones are fast and hard to intercept, so reports of them heading toward multiple cities trigger urgent public attention and air alerts.
