The Lithuanian Parliament has preliminarily approved a constitutional amendment that would allow nuclear weapons to be stationed on its territory, passing 106-18 in the first reading. The move signals Vilnius's readiness to deepen security ties with NATO allies amid heightened concerns over Russian aggression in the region.
