CATS and JazzArts Launch Ride with the Music Concert Series
Original: CATS, JazzArts Present Ride with the Music Concert Series
The Charlotte Area Transit System is partnering with JazzArts to present the Ride with the Music concert series, bringing live jazz performances to the city's transit venues. The collaboration pairs the transit agency with the local jazz nonprofit to offer riders entertainment as part of their journeys, with details of dates and performers expected from the two organisations.
Why now: The unusual pairing of a transit system with a jazz arts organisation is a novel community initiative drawing local attention.
