A photographer documenting a reservoir in Germany reports finding discarded fishing waste on every visit, sharing images under the theme 'things the world doesn't need' alongside the hashtag #FotoVorschlag. The photographer says they now routinely carry a rubbish bag on walks and always come back with something collected. The post highlights growing frustration with angling litter in natural spaces and has drawn engagement from nature and photography communities discussing pollution.
Why now: People are reacting to images of fishing litter found at a reservoir, a visible example of pollution in nature that resonates with environmental concerns.
