Lincoln Project releases 'Daisy 2026' ad targeting Trump

The Lincoln Project, the anti-Trump Republican group, is pushing a new spot called 'Daisy 2026', an apparent callback to Lyndon Johnson's famous 1964 'Daisy' attack ad. It is being shared across US politics discussions with tags referencing the MAGA movement and the GOP, reviving debate over fear-based campaign advertising ahead of the 2026 midterms.
Why now: The ad's nod to the iconic 1964 Daisy commercial and its attack on Trump ahead of the 2026 midterms is drawing attention.
