The Portland Trail Blazers have turned down multiple trade offers for guard Scoot Henderson. The third overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft played only 31 games last season because of injuries, but the franchise has told interested teams it intends to keep him and continue developing the young point guard rather than move him.

Why now: Trade chatter around a high draft pick is drawing attention during NBA trade discussions.
