Original: claudia rivera vivanco

A Morena congresswoman, identified in coverage as Claudia Rivera Vivanco, is drawing attention in Mexico after a confusing statement that critics described as favoring "huachicol fiscal" — the illicit trade in diverted fuel tied to tax fraud. Her remarks briefly overshadowed debate over the new Customs Law, with commentators and outlets like Infobae weighing in on the gaffe and its political cost.
