Film Podcast Parodies Green Day to Review Judy Greer Movie
Original: Do you have the time To listen to us whine About a film with # JudyGreer we just watched? We are some of those # Film cr
Two film critics writing as a podcast have posted a song parody in the style of Green Day's 'Basket Case', rewriting the lyrics to whine about a Judy Greer film they just watched. The spoof introduces their 'Other Segment' and self-deprecatingly describes themselves as facetious film critic podcasters. It is a playful piece of fan humour aimed at fellow movie podcast listeners.
Why now: The witty Green Day parody format and Judy Greer's fan base are drawing amused engagement from film podcast listeners.
