Libraries offer programs and support for local veterans

Original: Whether offering educational courses, providing volunteer opportunities, or showcasing local veterans, your local librar

Libraries across the country are being highlighted for the range of services they offer veterans and former military workers, from educational courses and volunteer opportunities to events showcasing local veterans' stories. The message encourages former service members looking to get back on their feet or share their experiences to check what their local library has planned.

Why now: A library advocacy organisation is promoting veterans' services, likely around a veterans-related observance.
