Staged retrieval design proposed for real estate data privacy
Original: Short answer: use a staged retrieval design with explicit collections, bounded queries, and traceable... # rag # privacy
A software engineer is outlining a staged retrieval architecture for real estate discovery, arguing for explicit collections, bounded queries and traceable outputs, while weighing hosted versus self-managed options to protect user privacy. The technical write-up is drawing attention among developers working with retrieval-augmented generation in Python, where privacy and data governance remain contentious design questions.
Why now: Developers are actively debating how to build RAG systems that balance data privacy with performance in real estate search.
