More than 100 members of Congress have signed a letter urging Secretary of State Marco Rubio to withhold US military assistance to Azerbaijan. The appeal, reported by Armenian-American outlets, reflects growing concern on Capitol Hill over Baku's actions toward Armenia and the risk that American aid could strengthen Azerbaijan's military position in the region.
