Police in Stuttgart have opened an investigation after passengers on a city light rail train were heard shouting "Ausländer raus" — foreigners out — during the Wasen folk festival. The incident was reported by Stuttgarter Nachrichten, and officials are now working to identify those responsible. The case has drawn attention amid ongoing debate about public racism and alcohol-fuelled behaviour at large festivals in Germany.
