Alex Cora has reportedly rejected an offer from the Philadelphia Phillies for the second time, according to El Nacional. The Puerto Rican manager, who has led the Boston Red Sox, again declined the chance to take over the Phillies, and baseball fans are weighing what the refusal means for Philadelphia's managerial search.

Why now: Cora's second rejection leaves the Phillies still searching for a manager during the offseason.
