Tui river cruise passengers complain of coach trips instead
Original: tui river cruise passenger complaints
Travellers who booked a Tui river cruise, spending thousands of pounds, say the trips were replaced by coach excursions, according to a BBC report. The complaints suggest some customers did not get the sailing holiday they paid for, and the story is drawing attention in the UK as other passengers weigh in with similar experiences about the company's river cruise offering.
Why now: A BBC report on passengers who paid thousands for a Tui river cruise but ended up on coach trips has prompted fresh complaints and discussion.
