Classic PC demoscene demos now run natively in browsers

Original: Classic PC demoscene productions running natively in the browser

Classic PC demoscene productions can now run natively in the web browser, thanks to a project that recompiles or emulates the original demos without requiring plugins or native installs. The demoscene community and retro-computing fans are discussing the effort, which preserves decades-old realtime graphics and music productions and makes them instantly accessible to anyone with a modern browser.

Why now: Nostalgia and technical interest in preserving and easily running historic demoscene productions
